Scott has been SRi Forensics' corporate advisor from its inception. The company has worked exclusively with him since 2004 where his knowledge of company law has proved invaluable.
Scott advises SRi in relation to a wide range of corporate matters, including joint ventures, investments and business relationships.
His experience also includes advising on intellectual property, raising funds and making investments via tax advantageous schemes.
Scott is currently a Partner & Head of Corporate at Slater Heelis Solicitors.
